Next, answer a few quick questions about the device—model, storage, and condition—then hit Get Quote to see your offer.
If you like the quote, you can lock in your price for 14 days by entering your info and selecting how you want to be paid. We offer flexible payout options like Zelle, PayPal, or a company check—with no fees.
Once you accept your quote, you’ve got two simple options to get your tech to us:
Free Prepaid Shipping
We’ll provide a prepaid, insured shipping label. Pack your devices securely and drop them off at any FedEx location nationwide. We cover 100% of the shipping and insurance.
Free Local Pickup
If you’re in Phoenix, AZ, Casa Grande, AZ, or Cincinnati, OH, you can skip the box and tape. We’ll schedule a free pickup at a time and place that works for you.
You’ll have 14 days to ship or hand off your items to lock in your offer. Whether you ship it or we pick it up, your devices are protected from start to finish.
Once your device(s) arrive, we’ll check them in and start processing right away, then email you an update.
For your security, we erase all working devices to NIST 800-88 data-destruction standards so your personal information is fully removed. Just make sure Find My / Activation Lock is turned off before you send it in, because locked devices can delay processing. (Erasure reports are available upon request.)
We typically process devices and send payment within 1 business day of arrival. Payment options include Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or a company check (mailed with tracking). For bulk orders, we can also pay by ACH or wire.
